Insurance Pool

We ensure our LSD protocol stability through a insurance pool. When a validator is slashed (perhaps due to down time), stakers should lose a portion of their stake. However, Verio will have an insurance pool that makes the users whole in such situations, always pegging 1 $vIP greater or equal to 1 $IP.
